For items in stock Rhima will endeavour to ship your order within 1-3 business days. Depending on your location, delivery will take 1-5 days within Singapore. For non stock items or custom orders a Rhima team member will advise an approximate delivery date.
Rhima staff will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch of your item.
If you require a preferred delivery date or time for your machine please advise a Rhima team member upon order, extra charges may apply. Prior to signing for the delivery, if it has or there is any visible damage, please do not accept delivery of the machine and contact a Rhima staff member as soon as possible. Please ensure that once the machines have been received & connected to services that you advise our service department [email protected] to book in commissioning.
